The Best Recruitment Initiative in Poland

Polpharma Career Lab – an internship programme designed for students and graduates in Biotechnology and related sciences – won the EB Kreator Award in the “Best Recruitment Initiative” category. The jury appreciated its pioneering nature in the industry, and the fact that a broad and very extensive nation-wide information campaign was prepared to promote the programme. Earlier, the Career Lab won the Golden Paper Clip – a prestigious accolade from the PR community awarded in the Employer Branding category.
