The Jury of the Golden Clips 2016 competition has awarded the golden statuette to the Polpharma Career Laboratory programme in a new Employer Branding category. The winners of the 14th edition of the largest PR sector competition in Poland were announced on 2 December during a Gala held in Warsaw.
The Career Laboratory project is addressed to talented graduates and students of Biotechnology and associated sciences. This is a programme of one year long internships at one of Europe’s most advanced biotechnology centres – the Polpharma Biologics laboratory in Gdańsk.
The programme allows its interns to gain knowledge from experienced professionals and to develop thanks to inspiring training workshops and a profiled career path. The communication accompanying the project attracted particularly talented young scientists to the biotech department of Polpharma and presented the Gdańsk centre as an attractive career development opportunity in the Polish biotechnology sector.
The Golden Clips competition has been organised by the Federation of Public Relations Companies since 2003 and its aim is to reward the best, most creative and properly implemented PR projects in Poland. The jury evaluating entries includes experts and representatives of the world of PR, media, business and other opinion-forming organisations.
